We consider all of our menu packages to be a two plate meal with the guests preparing their own salad plate while staff of Red Flame Catering prepapres each guests main entree. Because of our use of the salad bar, all of our catering packages are served buffet style. In an effort to keep our catering prices as low as possible, all of our catering packages are served on high quality disposable plates and silverware.
All you need are the table and chairs, and we will take care of the rest. We require a minimum of 30 people for each catering party. Additional charges may apply to events outside of Salt Lake and Davis counties.
